Jack Olson won PHX AM 2015 while skating to Jamie Thomas's song from Misled Youth. Do you think that is what gave him the power to win? Has a kid his age even seen that video? If he has seen it, the answer may be yes, but he is super good at skating, so the song may not have affected the outcome at all.
Both Jordan Ts on the New Balance team are extreme pimps. Jordan Trahan kickflips a bump to bar, as seen in VX4000.
New Balance's VX4000 has video nerds tripping out. We don't see what is so appealing about presenting video in a 4:3 ratio versus 16:9. The same people complaining about HD probably have huge vinyl collections, download a frickin' MP3.* Anyway, the video is awesome: 2 Jordan Ts, 2 Tom Ks, Mazzy Star, PJ redefining tech-beards, and Marquise Henry looking so cool on a skateboard.
